Our Care Staff We recognise that for most of our clients the most important people in our organisation are the care, nursing and support workers with whom service users will have regular contact. We take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff.
We are in the process of training our home carers to NVQ level 2 to meet the targets set by the Commission for Social Care Inspection of 50% of care staff being trained to this level.
All staff receive intensive induction training at our training centre in Brighton, in addition to specialist training in areas such as health and safety, personal care, adult and child protection, moving and handling, equality and diversity, mental health, dementia and medication.
